Prologue: Happiness That Shone Too Brightly

The story began in Chon Buri Province.

Bai Fern was a friend I had known for a long time. She lived married life with her husband in harmony, as one would expect from a new-era couple. Her husband was a widower with a child, continuing to provide support for his daughter who lived with his ex-wife according to his duty as a father — it seemed like a modern family that had handled the past well.

But some pasts do not end as tidily as they appear.

After the Covid situation cleared, the couple's life entered a clearly upward phase. Bai Fern's freelance work flourished again. Income grew so much that they decided to reward life with a European red-plate car. Sweet couple photos were constantly posted on social media, as happy people typically do.

Without anyone knowing that the light of that success was shining into the darkness, stirring the resentment of someone in the shadows.

When Darkness Crept Into the Home

Not long after the new car entered the house, the life that had been smooth began to stumble without any apparent cause.

Strange events occurred gradually. The atmosphere in the home changed. Bai Fern, who had been Christian her whole life — not someone superstitious, not someone fearful of the mysterious — had to face something she herself could not explain. Her husband, who was Buddhist and believed in such things, began to sense that certain currents in the home were growing heavier.

A life that was going so well was slowly being dragged into a whirlpool of unease, while those involved did not even know what they were fighting against.

Signs That Come Before the Cards

That day I was driving as usual when suddenly a strange feeling came over me — thinking of this friend out of nowhere. But it was not ordinary thinking. It carried an unplaceable sense of concern.

So I called her, thinking I would ask how she was doing, as friends do.

But the voice on the other end said that lately, life was full of unexplained incidents. The more I listened, the clearer the strange feeling in my heart became — as if some signal was trying to tell me something the entire call.

As soon as I got home, I immediately grabbed my regular deck of cards and opened it.

The cards came through so clearly that I went quiet for a moment. And my own intuition confirmed it directly: this could not be left alone — it was very dangerous.

The cards told me exactly what my intuition had sensed all along: what was afflicting the couple's life was not bad luck by nature, nor was it a downturned destiny phase, but was something that had been sent — a dark spell from someone who had harbored a wounded heart toward this family for a long time, and when all the pieces of the story were put together, one could see from which direction the resentment came.

The First Rule of Breaking a Spell: You Must Reach There

I immediately contacted my friend again, telling her to come to me urgently, and I emphasized one sentence that outsiders might hear as a threat, but those in this line know well is a warning:

"No matter what obstacles you encounter on the way, you must reach there."

Because according to ancient belief, when a spell "realizes" it is about to be broken, it usually causes various obstacles to appear, so that the person whose fate it is does not reach the hands of someone who can help.

And that day proved the warning true — an accident occurred to my friend on the way to see me.

But my friend made it through. I have always believed that that day something sacred was protecting her, both from what she had believed in her whole life, and from the venerable teachers I revere.

When my friend arrived, I did not perform the ritual immediately.

First, I double-checked her fate in front of her using the method I use regularly, which I call the "Three Concordances" — reading destiny by examining three sciences together: the life graph, which shows the ups and downs of destiny, the seven-digit number, which decodes the base chart from birth date, and cards, which reflect the energies moving around at that moment — when all three point the same way, there is hardly room for doubt.

And this time, all three still pointed the same way.

The First Glass of Sacred Water: The Proof

The next step was to provide visual proof. I had my friend drink sacred water as a test — an ancient method used since old times. If the body is normal, sacred water is just water, but if there is "something" in the body, it will show symptoms.

My friend drank it, and abnormal symptoms appeared right before us.

By that point, there was nothing left to doubt.

Fortunately, near my friend's home, an acquaintance recommended a venerable teacher, so my friend was able to go pay respects and ask for that master's continued help from where I had laid the foundation.

And then everything gradually improved... until the couple's life was able to move forward once more.

I have never considered this the work of myself alone. It is the faith of those involved, the compassion of the venerable teacher at the other end, and the timing that we detected early enough, before everything became beyond remedy.

What This Story Taught Me

One — these things do not discriminate by religion. Bai Fern was Christian her whole life, but what was sent did not ask first what the person's faith was.

Two — signs usually come first. A good life suddenly stumbling at an odd time, strange events happening in succession beyond coincidence, do not dismiss it as overthinking. Checking your fate periodically with astrology is like getting a yearly health checkup for your destiny.

Three — when you decide to break it, break it all the way through. Obstacles along the way are normal in this kind of work. According to belief, they are actually a sign that you are on the right path.
